My Work
BVW Round 4 - Quadcorp: Workbot 259
Quadcorp: Workbot 259 was an interactive storytelling experience developed for the HMD and Motion Tracker platform. Design constraints were to develop "a virtual world that tells a story".
Mechanics: A performer wearing the HMD and Motion Trackers would interact with the virtual world in different ways, using the medium to enhance storytelling.
Story: A male robot falls in love with his female partner in the assembly line of a futuristic company. As time progresses, he must fight the ineherent restraints of his robot nature to be with her. The HMD is used to tell the story from a first person perspective.
My Role: Texture Artist and Performer. The whole team participated in general design.
Quadcorp: Workbot 259 was chosen to be shown in the BVW Show.
Quadcorp: Workbot 259 was created alongside Camilo García, Matt Mclean and Drew Pollock.
